Kartch, John

is Vice President for Communications at Americans for Tax Reform, a taxpayer group founded by Grover Norquist in 1985 at the request of Ronald Reagan. ATR works for free markets and low taxes at the federal and state levels. Kartch is a Forbes contributor focused on government threats to the sharing economy, and chairs a monthly free market working group on the issue. His commentary has been featured on BBC, Fox Business Network, Fox News, the Washington Times, Townhall and the Daily Caller. He is a graduate of the University of North Dakota.
