Zimmermann, Ekkart

was professor for sociology at the University of the German Armed Forces (Universität der Bundeswehr) in Munich till 1992 and at the Dresden University of Techonology till 2011. He studied political economy, public finance, law, sociology and social psychology at the University of Cologne and at the Free University in Berlin. He held fellowships at the University of Essex, University of South Carolina and Yale University.
